URGENT REQUEST WE NEED A FAMILY BY JUNE 11

This little boy is 3.5 yrs old and has speech delays. The orphanage director thinks will resolve when he is placed with a family and gets some speech therapy. He is in a region in Eastern Europe that requires both parents to travel for one trip for approx 14 days. There are no agency fees and our families are saying that it is costing around $10,000 to $12,000 from start (homestudy, INS) to travel. So that figure is all inclusive.
