I need a home FAST!!

Sergey is a moderate to severe special needs child -No agency fees, No country fees!!! possible grant available for medical and visa as well. Sergey has gone so down hill, I don't think he will live much longer. He is pretty much considered an invalid now, although he does recognize his birth mother.
